We trust that as a Compensation Manager you will: (responsibilities)
- Evaluate and create sales incentive plans designed to maximize behavior and sales performance
- Partner with People Services and Sales Leaders to manage sales incentive plans
- Identify and drive improvements to our sales compensation policies and procedures by partnering across Finance, Sales Management, People Services and Legal
- Analyze performance and making recommendations to Sales Management on effectiveness of programs
- Use SalesForce (or other systems) to calculate commissions for all sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency across the organization
- Ensure compliance with SOX for our compensation documents, processes and programs
- Works with the Total Rewards team on the creation and management of company-wide compensation strategies, classification issues, performance management, benchmarking, and position grading
- Develops and administers various types of data analysis reports for senior management review
- Completes general and industry specific compensation surveys and provides ongoing support for all compensation programs and initiatives
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

About you: (requirements)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Sales compensation experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience implementing, executing and analyzing sales compensation programs
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required
- Ability to form partnerships with customers and deliver world-class customer service
- Experience with SalesForce and commission tools strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills with extensive working knowledge of MS Excel

Physical Demands:
