About the Job:

The Sr Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising and Content on the Omnichannel Experience team is responsible for the end-to-end planning, optimization, and execution of the eCommerce platforms (web/app) and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through understanding user behavior and intent to increase engagement and conversion to meet business goals. With this role, the opportunities are endless, you’ll get to be a part of defining the intent of digital experiences, grow Taco Bell’s digital footprint, and bring new and innovative experiences to life. The Sr Associate Manager, Digital Merchandising and Content will report to the Sr Manager, Digital Merchandising and Content and be part of the digital transformation of how users experience Taco Bell at new levels.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with Brand, Product, Creative, Loyalty, CRM, Media, Social to align go to market plans for new product highlights and digital campaigns across eCommerce channels.
  • Plan end to end experiences to orchestrate how customers experience key brand and product moments that excite and engage.
  • Project manage workload and workflow for all processes regarding eCommerce deliverables and digital merchandising execution to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and enjoyment.
  • Co-create analytical dashboards and use data and storytelling tactics to plan and design full journey experiences that focus on converting the user and driving overall ecommerce sales.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising and Content to create a test plan and roadmap for new functionality and features for web/app in relation to growing engagement and efficiency.  

Is This You?

  • BA and at least 8+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising/Marketing or equivalent years of experience in the digital space.
  • Proven understanding and curiosity of the role site merchandising and optimization play in the overall experience of a user and how they engage with and convert on a digital platform.
  • Project management, execution, and cross-functional experience that drives efficiency and continuity.
  • Eagerness to strategize solutions and experiences for the sole need of validating performance and hypothesis to learn and grow.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills that translate to project ownership and accountability with a desire to understand, empathize, and continuously improve and solve problems.
  • Creative thinker with critical thinking skills who drives innovation AND thinks strategically.
  • High emotional IQ with the ability to articulate complex ideas, achieve results, and create an enjoyable environment.
  • People first attitude and team mindset with a drive to win.

Salary Range: $104,600 to $148,830 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
