About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a Brand Marketing and communications professional excited to join one of the most dynamic and talented marketing teams around. This position is ideal for creative, holistic thinkers with high accountability, passion for brand storytelling, attention to detail, great communication style, a partnership mentality, and a love for Taco Bell. You will join a PR and Marketing team responsible for Taco Bell’s iconic and innovative status by promoting and protecting an iconic brand with more than 7,500 restaurants around the globe.
As Sr. Analyst, Brand Comms & PR, you will be primarily tasked with driving proactive brand-building programs for Taco Bell’s marketing calendar and brand campaign initiatives. In addition, the role is responsible for supporting brand partnerships, talent partnerships, collaborations, and real-time social / buzz engagement -- requiring collaboration with our partnering PR agency, internal cross-functional teams, and restaurant franchisees.
The Day-to-Day:
- Be a critical part of the Brand PR team that sits at the center of Taco Bell campaigns and communication - creating an earned approach to our work
- Help lead and manage Taco Bell food innovation comms, brand partnerships, and collaborations
- Lead strategy and execution end to end for Taco Bell innovation and limited time only products to drive coverage, conversation, excitement and transactions
- Partner with social and brand teams to ensure Taco Bell product launch campaigns are built fully integrated and with the right PR elements/narratives from the start through go to market strategy
- Work with internal, cross-functional, and agency partners to develop integrated marketing and communications plans
- Project management lead across all Food Innovation + Brand PR workstreams, accountable for all press materials and agency management against these campaign workstreams
- Plug into cross functional measurement workstreams to deliver PR specific KPI’s, performance metrics, and analytics to showcase program and campaign impact with internal stakeholders
- Stay current on trends and industry news to have your figure on the pulse of current events and how to think big and creatively for proactive campaigns
- Identify culturally relevant moments for brand engagement and support real-time marketing activations and opportunities
- Champion the Brand PR, Marcomm and brand strategy, ensuring all communication efforts ladder up and enhance the strategy
Is This You?
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 4+ years PR or creative agency or in-house experience
- Experience developing communications plans and materials for consumer brands/clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Broad knowledge of news, trends, and pop culture
- Candidate must also be responsible, accurate, creative, organized, able to work under deadline pressure, self-motivated and flexible
- QSR and/or customer service industry experience a plus
- Relentlessly curious. Enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment.

Salary Range: $96,000 to $105,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
