Regional Key Account Manager
What makes this a great opportunity?
The Regional Key Account Manager is responsible for driving and developing Suntory's commercial business through the indirect channel (wholesalers, C&C and regional retail). You must ensure the implementation of the best distribution map and efficiently develop the hospitality business beyond Suntory's direct park.
Role Responsibilities
Client Portfolios:
HI Client Park: meet the objectives of the Standard Portfolio, Acquisition, Customer Rotation and RTM established at the territorial level, appropriate to the target number defined in the GTM. Gain in-depth knowledge of the channel, segments (types of customers), consumer trends and competitor dynamics in your area of influence. Perform monthly planning with weekly reviews. Visits to customers on a biweekly, monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the customer segment
Billing, Value, and Management Process:
Negotiate trading terms, TTC. Implement the company's price increases in accordance with the commercial policy and established plans. Achieve productivity and profitability (GM) indices. Volume, price and correct use of resources (P&L including A&P). Review the inventory levels and sales evolution of Beam Suntory and major competitors in the territory. Get information sell out and distribution. Take the order from the references with a stock below the minimum established by the Client and sell out plans. Control and monitoring of brand segments by territory. Forecast management by brand and customer. Collection managements
Business Plan with Clients:
Draw up the chart of accounts for the defined clients and comply with the commercial system. Implementation of the appropriate value proposition for customer segmentation. Work with the Commercial Marketing Department on ad hoc solutions for those clients who need it and meet the criteria of the Commercial Model.
Other tasks:
Accompaniment outings with HD to expand area knowledge, HI+HD plans. Analyze market information
Qualifications
Education and Languages: University degree/MBA or equivalent in business/strategy/management. Nice to have: English (Written & Spoken). Office Package - Exclusive
Experience: Experience in FMCG companies, preferably in the On Trade channel. Product knowledge. Proven experience
