As Manager, eCommerce B2B Analytics within Suntory Global Spirits' North America eCommerce team, you will play a crucial role in advancing Suntory Global Spirits' goals in the Omni-channel B2B space. You will evaluate emerging and fast-growing B2B platforms in the BevAlc sector and strategize on where to play and how to win. You will support the execution and optimization of broad-reach B2B marketing capabilities across On and Off Premise North America customers.
This role is ideally based out of Chicago or New York.
Role Responsibilities
• Support the strategy, capability roadmap, data analysis, and key insight synthesis for Omni-B2B.
• Manage prioritization of B2B marketing capabilities and features to meet KPI goals.
• Run day-to-day execution across omni-B2B platforms.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders at Partner and Distributor organizations to ensure the success of Omni-B2B efforts, driving a cycle of continuous improvement.
• Work with the Digital Strategy team to drive priorities on the tech roadmap and implement key technological capabilities.
• Partner with Legal, Commercial teams, and Commercial Strategy to enable Omni-channel capabilities where relevant across the organization.
• Interface with global IT and digital teams for support on technology implementation and to facilitate the sharing of key learnings.
• Build and maintain relationships with external technology partners who can enhance Suntory Global Spirits' Omni-channel capabilities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in key digital commerce disciplines at CPG or a related company.

• Previous experience in AlcBev industry is preferred
• Leadership experience and a proven track record in B2B strongly preferred, including understanding of distributor/wholesaler dynamics.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization.
• Demonstrated expertise across merchandising, product management, and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Robust data management and analytical skills across multiple platforms, with the ability to succinctly distill opportunities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills-both written and verbal
• Knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $105-110K | based in Chicago, IL, is $95-105K, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
