Facilitate driver-based discussions and ensure the integrity of building blocks by applying statistical forecasting methods. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to drive discussions in relevant S&OP meetings
• Responsible for Demand Planning Clinics & efficient Commercial interaction as part of the local S&OP Process and a smooth volume to value transition
• This role is also an interface to the one level up S&OP and be part of the overall International S&OP team
• Proactively communicates potential risks and opportunities at volume and value level

• Coordinates with regional planning and works closely with innovation and international S&OP teams to ensure consistency of the process and optimal usage of existing reports and regional cascade documents, with a key focus on demand planning, supply planning, innovation, slobs, portfolio management
• Partner with finance to ensure alignment to the one number principle creating the base for the IR process
• Position will report to Senior S&OP Manager
• Incumbent will drive the demand forecasting creation process and facilitate the Demand Review as part of the effective implementation of S&OP across the assigned markets
• This person will work with Supply Chain Fulfilment to ensure the join-up between demand and supply within S&OP framework

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for Demand Planning processes including Demand Review meeting
• Responsible for full horizon forecasts for the entire range of products with constant monitoring of the sales
• Creation and maintenance / updating of forecast profiles for the various brands of the assortment as well as data cleansing
• Analysis of forecast deviations including recommendations for appropriate measures to optimize forecast accuracy
• Responsible for continuously improving Forecast Accuracy on a weekly and/or monthly level
• Back Up for other Demand Planners
• Active collaboration with all departments of the company with a focus on key accounts, sales controlling, marketing and customer service
• Close collaboration with local and international Supply Chain
• Enhance S&OP maturity by identifying process improvement opportunities in forecasting and planning methodologies, and participating in Demand Planning related projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar role within supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques
• Familiarity with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or similar tools), good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and tools
• Experience in inventory management and optimization strategies
• Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Fluent in English and French
• Travel - 10%
