What you will do:
- Manage the execution of the implementation of large projects for assigned product lines ensuring that production targets and key metrics are met while compiling with quality system and regulatory requirements.
- Provide or coordinate design of supporting processes including tools (both software and hardware).
- Lead cross functional team activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
- Develop detailed engineering change project plans to implement product and process changes into manufacturing with large cross functional team leadership responsibilities. Project plans must identify scope, impact, and execution strategies to maximize business objectives and outline key implementation responsibilities.
- Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
- Provide solutions to limit process variation and bring product into a state of compliance.
- Determine means to collect and represent manufacturing quality data.
- Evaluate reliability of manufacturing data.
- Extract or create means to collect relevant data.
- Establish and report using visual data communication tools.
- Translate manufacturing data into information.
- Other related duties as required.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required
- 4 years of relevant experience required
- Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word required
- PMP certification - preferred
- MBA - preferred
- 5 years of project management and 8 years of general business experience - preferred
