What you will do -

The IT Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Lead Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's capabilities by designing and implementing learning and development initiatives that align with our strategic objectives. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong grasp of instructional design principles and a passion for fostering growth and development within our organization.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Development: Collaborate with OE partners to identify training needs and design comprehensive learning programs using instructional design methodologies.
  • Instructional Material Creation: Design, develop, and implement high-quality learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, training materials, and multimedia content, leveraging instructional design best practices.
  • Training Delivery | Facilitation: Assist in the facilitation or delivery of training sessions and workshops, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees.
  • Learning Technology Utilization: Leverage various learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of learning content, utilizing learning management systems (LMS) effectively.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with OE partners and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment of learning objectives with organizational goals.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to incorporate innovative approaches into training programs.
  • Project Management: Under direction of OE leadership, implement designated training initiatives, adhere to project timelines and workflow management.
  • Adhere to the advice of OE leadership with the development of diverse training curricula, resources, and materials aimed at accomplishing training objectives.
  • Organize, schedule, and track various training and development courses
  • Lead the coordination of global orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

What you need-

  • Bachelor's degree required; in organizational development, instructional design, education, or a related field - highly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies required
  • Proficiency in instructional design software/tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS) required
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment effectively required
