Senior Event Marketing Manager

The Senior Event Marketing Manager at Storable will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our brands' participation in both national and regional events spanning multiple verticals. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and measurement of Storable's presence at trade shows, with a focus on maximizing customer relationships and driving brand advocacy across our offerings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations and successful post-event follow-up.

This individual will develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with Storable's overall business objectives. This individual should be able to think strategically about how our family of brands and end-to-end product suite should be positioned in this critical channel.

• Oversee the logistics and budget for each conference, track project schedules, deadlines, agendas, and flows, as well as negotiate with and manage vendors (booth setup, giveaways, collateral, registration, travel, etc)
• Set event goals and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Partner with field marketing to execute our sponsorship strategy at events by selecting packages and identifying additional opportunities that will foster customer relationships.
• Stakeholder management, including coordination with third-party vendors and trade show organizers.
• Address creative needs and drive innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness and engagement on the tradeshow floor and at our booth.
• Work closely with revenue operations and business operations to ensure all event leads flow into the system for effective follow-up.
• Conduct post-event reporting in Salesforce and debriefs with attendees, provide detailed readouts and learnings.
• Manage a tight rhythm of business to ensure all event attendees are informed and equipped with the right knowledge and materials to make our event channel a success.
• Regularly update the marketing team on the status of trends, metrics, challenges/solutions, forecast, and strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail to manage budgets and invoices for the event marketing channel.
• Develop deep relationships with partners cross-functionally to execute flawless events including sales, marketing, product marketing, CS, revenue operations and more.
• Partner closely with field marketing to support and align with association relationships and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with the customer marketing manager to promote attendance and engagement at trade shows.
• Coordinate on-site staffing and oversee sales enablement tasks to maximize lead generation.
• Additional responsibilities may include assistance at other special and owned events and events research.

• 5+ years of proven experience in event marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively both cross-functionally and with third parties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Hubspot.
• Diligent attention to detail and budget management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
