Clinical Pharmacist Full Time Internal Medicine

POSITION SUMMARY

The internal medicine clinical pharmacist will be a unit-based pharmacist that will verify the orders and provide clinical services for ICU Stepdown and Trauma MedSurg. They will be a drug information resource for the nurses, physicians, patients, and families. The clinical pharmacist will be expected to fulfill staff pharmacist responsibilities as needed.
