A Salesforce Development Engineer at State Street Global Advisors works on real world problems with a global userbase, owns their systems end to end and influences the direction of our technology that impacts decision makers moving billions of dollars in investments around the world.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience

Experience in partnering with product and program management teams

5+ years of software development engineering

Curious, self-motivated & a self-starter with a 'can do attitude'. Comfortable working

in fast paced dynamic environment.

Clear thinker with superb problem-solving skills to prioritize and stay focused on big needle movers

Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Experience working in the Agile Methodology.

Expertise in the Salesforce Tech stack , both on Development and Administration, should be comfortable working with LWC, Flows and other Salesforce paradigms.

Having a CICD mindset (irrespective of the tool)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast paced

environment.

• Experience mentoring developers and influencing best practices within team.

• Experience in dealing with ambiguity; and apply critical thinking skills.

• Salesforce Certifications PD1 , PD2 , Administrator
