About Your Role

State Street Global Advisors is currently looking for a Client Service Representative in our Global Cash Distribution Team. This is an opportunity to work with State Street Global Advisors' global cash management product line. SSGA currently manages over $3 trillion in assets and is a leading cash management provider with over $400 billion in cash assets

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated and team oriented Cash Client Service Representative to act as day-to-day contact for cash clients invested in our money market products. In this role you will be able to draw from your previous experiences and further develop your talents through all facets of client service delivery and sales support.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Implementing and improving the client service proposition for our global cash business
  • Liaising with our transfer agent to resolve client issues
  • Troubleshooting issues with client-facing infrastructure, operations and service providers Collaborating and building relationships with a number of different teams within SSGA: legal, compliance, finance, product management, portfolio management
  • Using your technical and research skills to provide business and operational updates to senior leaders in the cash team
  • You will keep current with regulation affecting money funds and share updates with the larger team
  • You will act as a liaison with the website development team to ensure our website is both compliant and presenting clear information to investors
  • You will assist with preparing and organizing presentations for various meetings and events
  • You will have the chance to work closely with the sales desks to help support the team's revenue goals

Do you exemplify these critical factors for success?

  • Minimum of 5 years financial services experience specifically with money market mutual funds
  • Your desire to increase the firm's assets under management through building and maintaining strong client relationships is evident
  • Can you demonstrate strong relationship management, and a close attention to detail?
  • Are you proficient with database technology and Microsoft Excel? Your willingness to learn and grow with the team and with the organization make you a great fit for our growing business
  • Do you have energy, enthusiasm, optimism, a strong work ethic, and a high degree of integrity?
