Mainly responsible to support business delivers reconciliation report to client side on a timely basis.

The successful candidate will be a motivated with experience of financial data in reconciliation process for the Hedge Industry. Mixture of technical and business experience with ability to work within a goal-oriented team environment.

What you will be responsible for:

As Recxpress Application Specialist, Senior Associate 3 you will be:

Join an existing team locally that is part of a global support team for the reconciliation application of the in house built applications.

  • Sourcing data from external counterparties, brokers/custodians/clients
  • Sourcing data from internal systems - accounting / custody.
  • Updating the reconciliation application to bring together the internal and external data sources.
  • Building rules and reporting formats for the reconciled data.
  • End to end management of the data flows of reconciliation reports
  • Understand the importance of data integrity in the automation of straight through processing.
  • Able to drive business projects for process improvement, both in efficiency and in accuracy;
  • Capability in prioritizing, good knowledge in various financial products and strong skills in MS excel.

What we value:

  • Solid knowledge in financial instruments, including equity, fixed income, swap, OTC derivatives, Bank Loan etc.
  • Strong skills in MS excel.
  • SQL knowledge
  • Good ability for Listening, speaking, reading and writing English

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related field.
  • Solid knowledge in financial instruments, including equity, fixed income, swap, OTC derivatives, etc.
  • 3-5 years' related experience desirable.
  • Strong skills in MS excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical / analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and Deadline-driven.
  • Experience with Geneva System and Bank Loan product type is a plus.
