Responsibilities
- Develops, administers, maintains, and interprets healthcare benefit programs, policies, and procedures
- Daily operational support and vendor management of healthcare ecosystem partners
- Oversight of member escalations
- Assesses market trends related to healthcare benefit strategies and practices and makes recommendations to support ongoing competitiveness and positively impact attraction and retention
- Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions
- Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates, and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions
- Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies
Qualifications
Desired Skills:
- Previous health care medical benefits experience strongly preferred
- High learning agility and strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Experience working with a team to design, administer and monitor medical benefit programs
- Professional and versatile when meeting with and presenting to all levels of employees and leaders
- History of success in previous and current role
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Quickly adapts to new technology solutions and adheres to best practices
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
