This role will provide data to Home Office and Field Leadership supporting operational excellence of TSA program within our USR retail stores. This involves identifying opportunities for improvement for example, increasing hours of operation, managing appointments per hour, and/or decreasing closures. Additionally, this position will help to support our store management teams with key actions to ensure flawless execution and excellent customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Reference utilization and store business reports to perform site by site analysis to determine action needed to increase Appointments per Hour and Hours of Operation
- Prioritize go-back trainings and hiring to increase hours
- Create action plan for selling in low performing stores
- Oversee ticket process for change in hours of operation
- Run report on coded associates to determine appropriate allocation of resources and labor per store
- Work with stores that submit frequent closure requests to minimize to less than 1% of hours open by identifying additional backups and leveraging network of TSA stores

Skills and experience:
- 1-2 years' experience, preferably in project management, data analytics and/or merchandising
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, written/ verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and an overall understanding of the Staples retail business operations.
- Be able to adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company's success.
- Have the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, work independently, adjust priorities, and succeed in a continuously changing environment.
- Strong business aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain credibility with the business partners
- Be curious, creative and out of the box thinker, and problem solver
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere, whether remote or in-person
