Retail Sales Selling Solutions Lead

As a Selling Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading and performing total solutions selling on the sales floor to support store customer service and sales performance.

Play an active role in helping your store, your people and your customer win.

  • Lead a team in achieving sales goals through coaching and mentoring the skills to engage customers, understanding their needs and presenting product and services solutions
  • Assign goals, sets expectations, and assesses performance of team, and shares feedback with store leadership
  • Work closely with Selling Solutions Manager to plan and prioritize all daily activities to meet company sales and service goals, and identify areas of improvement
  • Present solutions across a broad range of product, including Computing, Printing, Office Supplies, Furniture, Ink & Toner, and Paper
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of technology products and services through required trainings and certifications as well as self-development
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store as a key carrier and assuming role of Manager on Duty when assigned
  • Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., merchandising, operational tasks)

Essential skills and experience:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
  • Previous experience leading others in a retail environment
  • Ability to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs
  • 1+ year experience selling products or services
  • Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10-50 pound range, stand and walk continuously
