Squarespace is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery team. In this role you will direct the development of scalable solutions for the continuous building, testing, packaging, and deploying Squarespace software. You will work closely with the other teams within the larger Developer Experience and Infrastructure organizations to ensure that the software developers at Squarespace have the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively to produce high quality products for our users.
This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 3 days per week. You will report to the Director of Developer Experience.

- Develop the engineers on the Delivery team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- Partner with other leaders to influence strategic, architectural and organizational choices
- Thoughtfully negotiate and clarify engineering priorities for Delivery and align them with the goals of the Engineering organization
