Job Description

What a year we are having! Incredible growth, crazy times, forward-thinking culture and just the best team. As we look at the headcount plans, it's clear we need grow our TA family. Specifically, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a temporary basis to support recruiting in Germany. This person can be based anywhere in Europe but requires fluency in German.

Your traits:

Only the very best talent can work at Sprinklr and our Sourcers need to understand how to maximize the power of social networks to source talent and maximize the power of data to ensure that new hires will thrive at the company. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who is willing to try new things and is intelligent and opinionated, but not abrasive. You want to show your value, you're probably a little competitive you know you can bring in the right candidates to Sprinklr at pace. This is for someone that is excited about sourcing and has a never give up attitude in order to find the best candidate for each role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify key traits of a successful candidate and develop a suitable sourcing strategy for each position
  • Utilize Workday, LinkedIn and our other sourcing tools to identify the very best industry candidates for assigned position
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet basic qualifications of the position
  • Ensure that the candidate experience at Sprinklr is as impactful as the customer experience at Sprinklr. Regardless of outcome, you will ensure that each candidate feels positive about his/her Sprinklr interview process and thorough feedback is provided to both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting/ sourcing experience
  • Fluency in German required
  • Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Experience sourcing sales or similar roles within a SaaS company either inhouse or via agency preferred
  • Proven proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
