  • Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with U.S recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviewing and hiring activity
  • Manage administration across different programs including technology and campus
  • Communicate with hiring managers on scheduling, find solutions to manage candidate experience, and provide customer service to stakeholders
  • Maintain regular weekly reports on positions filled, interviews scheduled, candidate pipeline, and additional analysis as needed
  • Become an expert in LinkedIn recruiter, engage passive candidates through use of Boolean and X-Ray searched
  • Conduct initial screens of sourced candidates, provide feedback surveys and justifications to recruiters
  • Assist TA team on ad hoc projects such as ATS management, employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment marketing
  • The Technical Sourcer/Admin is expected to meet the following KPI’s each month:
    • Source 1-2 hires
    • Candidates sourced and outreached: 75 per week
    • Time to schedule interviews:24 hours
    • Candidate conversion from initial screen to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
    • Conduct 10 introductory interviews per week

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a recruiting agency, internal recruiting, or an HR function; internship experience will be considered
  • Polished business communication; strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely detail oriented with proven ability to manipulate data in excel and multiple work documents with little to no errors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands
  • Desire to source and engage with passive candidates, previous technical experience a plus
  • Must be flexible and able to work independently
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

What We Offer:

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well geographic location.  Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
