JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations reports to the Director, Marketing Planning and is responsible for strategy, execution, analysis and optimization of integrated marketing programs and campaigns that drive awareness and leads for new customer acquisition. Collaborates with the marketing science and research teams to fully understand customer behavior, triggers and metrics. Works with business partners including creative strategy, direct marketing, media, digital and database marketing to ensure the flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns from inception through post campaign analysis. Recommends, plans and executes campaigns that are effective, on time, and on budget.

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Leads the planning and execution of strategy, tactics and measurement for integrated marketing campaigns enterprise wide to drive sales and results across all product lines.
Develops metrics for success; works with analytics and data teams to create marketing campaign measurement reporting and analysis. Requires a deep understanding of how systems work and how to get at data to drive analysis.
Forecasts performance, identifies opportunities to improve results, enhance contact strategy or extend reach. Meets or outperforms metric goals.
Works with cross-functional teams across the Marketing organization including Database Marketing, Marketing Communications & Retention, Creative Strategy, Digital, Media and Direct Marketing to develop marketing plans and facilitate metrics and reporting to analyze performance and to drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness.
Identifies areas of opportunity for new programs and campaigns. Drives marketing ROI through innovative tactics, reporting and process improvements.
Creates, adjusts or maintains processes to ensure flawless but flexible execution, driving down expenses and reducing speed to market.
Collaborates with teams across marketing and the entire organization to recommend, develop and execute successful acquisition and upgrade marketing campaigns.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Expertise in mass, digital and/or direct marketing planning
Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically
Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer
Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and develop recommendations autonomously
Ability to manage all phases of multiple projects from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a fast paced environment
Ability to mine, analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise
Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience
Ability to present to senior level management
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Direct, mass and/or digital marketing experience 6+
MarketingAnalytics 3+
Project Management 2+
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of cable television, high speed internet, phone, mobile and/or relevant products and services a plus
Experience marketing services and/or recurring revenue products a plus
