CO Salary Range: USD 98,900.00 - 175,300.00 per year
Do you have the skills to manage development and implementation of projects from concept to completion? The Lead Product Delivery Manager at Spectrum will implement project management best practices and oversee performance while serving as a product delivery liaison for the VIEW (Voice, Identity, Email and WiFi Captive Portal) team. In this role, you will assist with software development in an agile and dynamic environment across multiple organizations and provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide leadership to project managers in project planning and resource planning
- Lead projects and provides support to cross functional project managers, up to and including reviewing schedules, risks and issues while monitoring continuous improvement plans
- Inform and assists project managers and project leaders with implementing project/program management processes and making improvements/changes.
- Accountable for the execution of established project management processes and methodologies using project management tools and systems
- Assist with and within budget delivery of project scope, while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations
- Assist with assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts on a daily basis, identifying and communicating resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on key project milestones and adjusting project and/or resource plans as necessary
- Manage aspects of project budgets including forecasts, funding requests, invoice tracking, cost allocation, and reporting as necessary
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately maintained
- Ensure communication with all stakeholders in the delivery of the work effort being managed
- Proactively meets with the internal customers of an assigned project to provide project status updates and reporting and to gather project-related feedback
- Ensure timeliness and quality of third-party vendor and internal project deliverables

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or technical field or work experience
Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience in an IT or Engineering environment
- 1+ years of People Management experience
- Experience in managing project utilizing HTML5, CSS, and emerging technologies in Cable/Satellite and entertainment industries
- Experience in the definition and utilization of key performance indicators/metrics
- Experience in effectively analyzing and interpreting data
- Experience in showing judgment and initiative in the accomplishment of job duties
- Experience in documenting, preparing, and delivering data-driven presentations to all levels of the organization
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective prioritization and organization skills In-depth word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software expertise
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to provide leadership and direction to cross-functional and virtual teams
- Ability to supervise and motivate others
- Effective ability in developing working relationships with peers and project members
- Ability to manage large, complex, diverse and strategic project
- Understanding and ability to manage complex project budgets
- Knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
- Understanding of multiple project management disciplines
- Understanding of emerging technologies
- Understanding of the business and technical product roadmap of cable product offerings
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
Skills
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
- Experience in the cable/satellite and entertainment industries
- Intake related experience preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
