CO Salary Range: USD 88,200.00 - 156,600.00 per year

As a Lead Business Analyst , you'll be responsible for analyzing the most complex business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This role requires expert level understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning. This position will collaborate with one or several

business units or functions and is considered a subject matter expert in business analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of business analysis or related experience
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Travel Ability: Office Environment

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
