INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS...

• Internship will last 10 weeks. Ending on Friday, August 8, 2025
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
• At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
• You will be in the office 4 days a week. You can work remote 1 day a week.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will have the opportunity to explore aspects of the Spectrum Reach Advertising Operations department with a focus on leadership, communications, project management, general office practices, and personnel management. The intern will also have the opportunity to explore the business fundamentals of a large corporation.

JOB DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully and maintain confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Possess a focus on financial obligations to the companies' clients
• Effective time management and project management skills
• Willingness to participate in a wide variety of marketing-related projects
• Assist management team as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work collaboratively on a team
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain high level of support to internal & external customers
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels.
• Knowledge of general business practices
• Ability to work under deadline pressures
• Data entry accuracy is essential
• Knowledge of Windows applications
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
