Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees an IT Software Asset Management and Services Sourcing strategy to meet business objectives, while continuously establishing and refining performance metrics to improve processes.
- Lead IT Software Asset and Sourcing Operations, managing budgets aligned with cost reduction goals and overseeing preparation, submission, and amendments for the IT Software General Rate Case budget.
- Manages a team responsible for multi-year, annual, and monthly Capital and O&M software maintenance planning, ensuring governance processes are established, and balancing new work requests with existing workload.
- Coordinate with vendors, supply management, and IT to refine processes, costs, and pricing for software and services while managing provider relationships and strategies.
- Responsible for employment decisions, managing performance, setting goals, and aligning actions with company values.
- Encourages a safety-first work environment while fostering collaboration between business units and IT for unified service and performance management.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years combined experience performing or supervising function.
- Experience in IT Asset Management and procure to pay processes
- Experience working with IT vendor contracts or supply management functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification(s) or experience working with ITIL v3 methodology.
- IAITAM certification(s) or experience working with IAITAM methodology.
- Associate or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Five or more years of experience working in IT Asset Management and IT software audits.
- Five or more years of experience working in SAP and Ariba contracting and procurement processes.

Additional Information
- This position\u2019s work mode is\u00a0hybrid.\u00a0The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
