Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and take a lead role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both the strategic and interpersonal sides of recruiting: building pipelines, conducting interviews, and fostering long-term partnerships within the community and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.


  • Lead recruiting efforts including job launches, resume reviews, interviews, and candidate recommendations.


  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely, respectful, and clear communication.


  • Build and maintain talent networks through proactive relationship management-both online and in person.


  • Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, trade schools, and high schools across our regions.


  • Represent the company at recruiting events and community outreach programs.


  • Elevate our employment brand through job postings, social media, and digital platforms.


  • Monitor onboarding progress and support candidates through their journey.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in our Applicant Tracking System and HR platforms.


  • Stay current on recruiting best practices and continuously seek ways to improve.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, including passive candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.


  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SAP or Workday).


  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong knowledge of online recruiting techniques and social media platforms.


  • Ability to articulate our value proposition to candidates and external partners.


  • A customer-focused mindset and ability to engage with all levels of the organization.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred:

  • Experience with creative recruitment strategies and outreach programs.
