The Supply Chain Process Enablement & Training Leader is responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and performance across Sonepar's distribution network by region. This role focuses on identifying gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and fostering a strong foundation of training, documentation, and process governance. Leveraging Lean and data-driven methodologies, the leader will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Director of Process Management and plays a critical role in advancing Sonepar's supply chain strategy.

This is a Virtual Role with up to 40% travel requirement

Responsibilities
Process Improvement and Lean Implementation
- Lead and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, and specialty functions.
- Support regional programs and enterprise-wide initiatives focusing on process optimization and labor efficiency.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify process gaps, challenge existing practices, and drive measurable improvements.
- Conduct pre-implementation assessments to ensure site readiness and maximize ROI on investments.
- Use data insights to foster continuous improvement and accountability.

Training and Onboarding
- Design and deploy a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all levels of warehouse operations.
- Create visual work instructions, job aids, and process documentation to ensure operational consistency and knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials, particularly during new facility launches and automation rollouts.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistent onboarding and process adoption.

Standardization and Documentation
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository for SOP creation, governance, and ownership, ensuring alignment with standard processes.
- Capture best practices and promote alignment across warehouse locations and teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the region.

Data Analytics and Performance Management
- Develop and implement labor productivity models, including staffing plans, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Business Reporting and Data Analytics team to design and maintain KPI dashboards focused on productivity, quality, cycle counts, and performance metrics.
- Lead action planning and ensure timely execution to meet performance targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to ensure training and process standards are scalable and adopted.
- Collaborate with teams to align on vision, requirements, and timelines for new handheld applications and process enhancements.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Continuous Improvement Culture
- Build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience in distribution supply chain processes preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Management or 5S certification preferred.
- Experience in Change Management and Program Management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of quality management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of quality tools, principles, strategies, and measures.
- Ability to develop and document standard operating processes.
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in planning and project management.
- Ability to influence others, collaborate, and work across the organization.
