Logistics Distribution Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Distribution Coordinator to join our team at the Pro Logistic Warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective transportation and handling of goods. You'll collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to streamline supply chain activities.
- Monitor key warehouse functions to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory and resolve issues such as freight damage, mis-shipments, and misplaced materials.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Operations Specialist or similar role, preferably in the Electrical Distribution industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Warehouse environment with frequent standing and walking
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Standard 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday); occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
- Requires punctual, regular, and reliable on-site attendance
- Reimbursement for steel-toe shoes up to $150
