The Role...
To grow our Corporate and Groups (rooms) business across UK & Europe.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and executes a comprehensive Corporate and Group sales strategy aligned with Soho House business objectives for UK & Europe.
- Identify and target existing and potential new Corporate and Group clients for UK & Europe.
- Build and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key Corporate and Group clients to drive ongoing business across UK & Europe.
- Prospects sales account business daily in effort to develop business for existing sites
- Oversee the annual corporate contract season across UK & Europe and linking in with The Americas where appropriate.
- To oversee the Corporate and Group sales budget to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- To reviews daily reservation and pick up reports and highlight clients/guests that are key business drivers to site General Managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend bedroom revenue meetings monthly.
- Work closely with Rooms support team to ensure corporate account rate plans are built accordingly.
- Work closely with Communications & Marketing teams to develop creatives for Corporate and Group sales bedroom promotions.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales business production reports to COO, Managing Director UK & Europe and Regional Directors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities especially in new locations we are opening or intending to open.
- Meet with local based corporate clients weekly and monthly at houses for site tours and entertaining.
- Travel regularly for client meetings and provide a pre and post trip report (ROI).
- Attend relevant Trade Shows
- To be responsible for building Soho House company events in UK & Europe attached to annual hotel tradeshows.
