Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to work as a Clinical Regional Operations Support (ROSI) Dietitian. A clinical ROSI is responsible for going to different healthcare locations to provide nutrition care. Clinical ROSI RD's may work onsite at acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and other facilities where there may not always be enough clinical nutrition staff available, providing patients throughout the region with quality nutrition care. The position may require travel, including overnight stays when needed, depending on the needs of the healthcare facility. This position will primarily work in the NYC Metro Area and Northern New Jersey. The role may also include travel outside of these locations. Work schedules vary based on the specific needs of the location; however, Clinical ROSIs on a travel assignment should be willing to perform 10 consecutive scheduled days of work, followed by 4 scheduled days of rest.

  • participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects as assigned; and
  • be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process.

What You Bring

  • Registered Dietitian credential (required) with experience in healthcare;
  • knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems;
  • excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills;

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
