Role Overview
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3/Chef to join our team at TA Instruments in New Castle DE. The current food landscape consists of 1 corporate cafe where we serve breakfast and lunch only, and catering operations. The General Manager 3/Chef is the number 1 for the food operation and the Chef for the business. The General Manager 3/Chef will be responsible for complete oversight of the operation. 70% of this role is culinary driven and 30% General Manager Admin.

Incentives
Predominately Monday through Friday, schedule 6am to 3pm
What You'll Do
- Managing budget/finances
- Managing the client relationship
- Hands on in the kitchen working with the team
- Ensuring quality and presentation of our food offering
- Menu planning
- Ordering
- Inventory
- Safety/sanitation
- Leading and developing the team of 3 hourly employees
- Catering production
