The Role:
Medical Services Managers are either responsible for leadership and management of multiple nurse lead Health Centers, or one or more global or regional medical operations or programs. Other responsibilities include personnel development, medical compliance and regulatory oversight, business integration, strategic review and planning, maintaining union interface, providing medical expertise and assuring the delivery of quality occupational medical services.

- Budget - Monitor Headcount, Complete Expense Reports, Monitor OT
- BPD Compliance
Personnel capability development
- Succession Planning/Mentoring
- Education and Training
- Policy and Procedure Training
- New Hire Orientation and Training
- Licensure Training workbook compliance including license verification
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
- OSHA Compliance
- Recordkeeping
- ORM - review, approval, training and education
- Leadership Health Center Assessments
- GMAS audit preparation
- Override Review
Integrate with business partners
- Allegis/Advantis interface and problem solving
- Health and Safety
- Plant Leadership - Plant Director, Assistant Plant Director, HR/LR Director, GM Safety
Strategic review and planning
- Calibration and Compensation
- North America Leadership Team meetings and strategic planning
Maintaining union interfaces
- SMA, Local and National Language Interpretation
Occupational Nursing expertise
MSM/RMD collaboration
Additional Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Valid nursing license required
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to champion and lead changes within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred

Compensation:
- The salary range for this role is $85,100 - $135,900. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
- Benefits: GM offers a variety of health and wellbeing benefit programs. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
