Role Overview
Sodexo Seniors is seeking a General Manager 1 - Multi-Servicefor new business in the Anaheim, CA area. The General Manager of MultiService will oversee culinary and dining operations, as well as environmental services.
What You'll Do
- have oversight of day-to-day dining operations, as well as EVS-custodial services target to exceed resident and customer satisfaction;
- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience;
- ensure food quality and presentation;
- provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff;
- perform management functions that include employee development.

What You Bring
- prior food service management skills at General Manager/Director level, preferably in health care food service environment; and
- prior environmental services experience is helpful;
- a strong financial acumen and budget management experience; and
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies.
