Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated dining services team and help shape a vibrant, student-centered culinary experience. What You'll Do

Key Qualifications:

  • Oversee the daily operations of resident and/or retail dining venues, ensuring quality food production, safety, and service standards.
  • Manage and develop frontline staff, to ensure a positive team culture and consistent performance.
  • Control food and labor costs through effective scheduling, production planning, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety programs.
  • Manages by providing positive and constructive feedback to employees in order to reward, coach, correct and motivate in order drive a high-level of employee engagement

What You Bring

Key qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience managing high-volume dining operations in a college/university or contract food service setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience training and supervising hourly employees; union experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of food production, basic culinary operations, and service execution.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic campus environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
