Sodexo is seeking a Director, Program Activation in our Supply Management department. This is a virtual position, and the successful candidate may home office anywhere in the United States. This position requires substantial writing and presentation skills to promote content for new programs being deployed. The ideal candidate must have strong writing and project management skills & a communications background.

The Director, Program Activation is responsible for leading the utilization of Sodexo's contracted programs, products and supports the execution of Supply Chain business initiatives.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary Liaison for Supply Management with Entegra
  • Responsible for all aspects of supply chain program activation for Entegra working closely with Entegra and Supply Management leadership.
  • Manage associated communications for Entegra clients (Supply Chain/ Industry Occurrences, Shortages/Outages, Program Changes, New Contracts, Price Fluctuations, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to keep Entegra supply management processes up to drive efficiencies in activation.
  • Ensure assigned program activation has visibility into key Supply Management initiatives (RFPs), contract changes, responsible sourcing initiatives.
  • Leading special projects for key Entegra supply management initiatives in line with organizational project management standards, policies, and principles. Responsible for meeting project/program deliverables as outlined by leadership

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years management experience
  • 2 years in supply chain or purchasing
  • Strong communications and writing skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years in supply chain or purchasing
