Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager that will oversee Food Service for Gateway Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation located in Chicago, Aurora, and Lake Villa, Illinois.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. What You'll Do

• have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• oversee Sodexo's Resident Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;
• implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for rehabilitation
• be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly associates
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience;
• manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
• mentor, develop, and retain managers and frontline staff;
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years
