We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team!

  • What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with your recruiting partners to facilitate our global interview processes, while acting as liaison between recruiting partners and candidates.

    • Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews

    • Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process

    • Host candidates while onsite and ensure a world class candidate experience

    • Maintain personal and team metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports

    • Take on additional projects as needed

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems

    • An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly

    • Able to work well in high ­volume scenarios

    • An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships

    • Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience

    • Experience with online systems, calendar tools, and the Google suite

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

    • 0-2+ years or related experience

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1­+ years of coordination experience, recruiting or HR
