We’re looking for a Product Manager, Commerce to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Business Product Management team, you will partner closely with engineering to develop and launch shopping experiences and services that improve make shopping fun for users and drive results for brands.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with engineering to develop and launch shopping experiences and services that make shopping fun for Snapchatters and drive results for brands
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in building cohesive shopping infrastructure and platform features across the broader company
Define the business goals, create and manage a feature backlog, and drive a long-term roadmap for Snap’s Commerce team
Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new shopping opportunities
Develop and prioritize new strategies, product initiatives, and programs to help brands and creators sell on Snapchat
Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities
Closely monitor and measure results
Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations, especially in front of senior leadership
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
Ability to communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams
Executive presence and communication skill
Ability to perform product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
4 years of product management and/or strategy experience at a consumer technology company or enterprise technology company
4 years of experience building entertaining, consumption-based products
Experience communicating highly technical topics to broader audiences
Deep knowledge of e-commerce, payments, marketplaces, and retail
Organizational and analytical experience
Experience in building entertaining, consumption-based products
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
