Sinclair is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join the Sinclair Media Networks division. This role focuses on generating revenue by leveraging inventory from Sinclair's extensive TV station footprint and collaborating with stations in non-Sinclair markets.
As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth in both linear and digital platforms. Your ability to influence decision-makers, build relationships, and strategize effectively will be key to your success. We are looking for a highly organized professional with a strong work ethic and a competitive drive to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Sinclair Media Networks to advertising agencies and clients within the network TV marketplace.
- Generate revenue by closing deals across linear and digital platforms, utilizing tools and data-driven strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with advertising agency personnel, including buyers, planners, and clients.
- Provide detailed reporting on account performance and the status of assigned accounts.
- Monitor and manage network inventory, including allocation, pricing, rating stewardship, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with pricing, planning, research, and acquisition teams to optimize negotiations and client schedules.
- Work closely with Sinclair's media properties to offer integrated solutions across corporate platforms.

- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in network TV ad sales, broadcast sales, or ad agency buying.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong understanding of data analytics tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet tight deadlines.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $165,000 to $180,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
