Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts through paid media while closely monitoring ROI and channel performance.If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, love testing and optimizing for results, and are motivated by making an impact, we’d love to meet you.

- A full-funnel growth marketer with a test-and-learn mindset and strong instincts for what moves the needle.
- Deep experience with performance marketing, landing page optimization, and CRM/email nurture flows.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution.
- You're analytical and love finding insights in data — but you're also a creative thinker who can craft compelling offers and messaging.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, self-starting, and stretching across channels to figure out what works.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, or B2B2C environments — especially ones that sell to SMBs or non-technical buyers.
Desired Experience:
- 3–5+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong foundation in paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO and email marketing.
- Experience with attribution models, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
- Track record of owning and improving funnel metrics from awareness to conversion.
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid campaigns with strong ROI.
- Deep understanding of key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPC, CPM, and attribution models.
- Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools, conversion tracking, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Bonus: You’ve marketed to small businesses, service providers, or in a two-sided marketplace.
- Extra bonus: You’ve built scalable marketing programs with a lean team or solo.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliate, and other performance channels.
- Own daily performance metrics reporting and analysis, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV are met.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continually improve performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and leverage remarketing to maximize conversion rates.
- Optimize campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively propose new opportunities for growth.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms and external agencies, where applicable.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Interview Process:
- 15-minute intro call with recruiting department.
- 30-minute deep dive with our Director of GTM Strategy to discuss marketing strategy and execution.
- 30 minute working style + collaboration interview with cross-functional team members to understand how you approach feedback, teamwork, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Take-home assessment focused on funnel strategy, creative testing, and data insight.
- Reference checks with previous manager(s) or collaborators.
