As a Project Management Intern you'll be responsible for supporting Project Managers in running key projects as well as working on initiatives in our Systems & Services team, connecting with other colleagues throughout Europe to find better ways of working .

What you'll do
  • Work closely with our Project Managers in setting up and managing project structure in SAP, ensuring budgets and time writing are in place.
  • Support in managing project orders and follow up on scheduling, taking care of support activities to ensure a smooth delivery of scope
  • Support and challenge the team to improve financial and operational control of project execution parameters by creating or reviewing reports on cost and deliveries
  • Keep up to date all project and support documentation such as handbooks, guides, technical documentation etc. in all applicable communication channels (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and implementation of new ways of working
Your qualifications
  • You have full domain of English, Spanish, and French and/or Italian
  • You are studying a degree in business, supply chain or project management and have some initial experience from other internships, together with strong interest around project and operational work
  • You love teamwork and enjoy connecting with other people to get the job done
  • You are resilient, and take ownership to make things happen, not giving up until a solution is found
  • You think easy is boring, you thrive with change and like to challenge the status quo
