As a Global Product Manager for Philips Hue you will be responsible for leading and developing the offer strategy and roadmap for part of our Philips Hue portfolio. You will help building the business by translating consumer insights into propositions that address end user needs with clear benefits.

What you'll do
- You'll be responsible for leading and developing part of the Philips Hue smart lighting offer strategy and roadmap with a focus on Plug-In and Portable Luminaires
- You'll help drive the lifecycle management for our Philips Hue Plug-In luminaires portfolio
- You'll drive profitability of the global/regional product portfolio with a strong innovation & technology roadmap
- You'll define and build required capabilities for the product management function
- You'll plan and execute successful launches of products jointly with the market and marcom teams
- You'll translate the consumer voice towards the production teams improving go-to-market speed and product quality
- You've a Master's degree in Engineering / Technology / Marketing
- You've minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- You're fluent in English, international experience is positive
- You've experience with gathering consumer insights
- You're analytical, with a problem solving and pro-active approach
