We are looking for a Charges & Allocation Analyst for our FP&A Team in Łódź, Poland.
You'll be part of our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization, working on generating business insights that will be used for business level review and decision making in Europe.
What you'll do
- Documentation, calculation, and maintenance of cost allocation drivers and development of tools to ensure the operational efficiency of these processes.
- Owning the monthly IT cost recharging process, and implementing process and reporting improvements.
- Development, deployment, and ongoing production of cost allocation reporting.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing analysis as needed.
- Subject matter expert for cost allocations and associated systems and processes.
- You will f ocus on understanding & solving business challenges through data based insights, performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking,
- You will u nderstand systems and tools and work with IT to automate processes and reporting
- You will e nsure quality, accuracy, and integrity of information and enable a single source of truth through ownership of management accounting guidance.

- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, and/or Econometrics.
- Keen problem solver with a technical and operational mindset.
- Experienced in providing business support to stakeholders
- Confident communicator capable of explaining complex processes to users with and without financial backgrounds
- Self starter able to work independently and deliver change on a timely basis
- Strong IT skills with experience in designing and running models in Excel and other systems.
- You have experience with financial control, management reporting, and accounting and/or charges & allocation processes. Experience in a shared service would be an asset.
- You are used to digest complex information and extract insights from disparate sources of data to deliver actionable insights.
- You have ERP and BI knowledge, preferably SAP BCS/EFR.
