Baseline Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Able to work in a fully remote environment on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5
- A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various marketing tasks including social media management, technical writing, research, collaboration with other teams, and other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, SFDC Chatter, and YouTube.
• Conduct research to identify potential target markets, competitors, and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
• Create content for various marketing channels such as email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates.
• Assist with technical writing tasks including creating and editing marketing materials such as product sheets, sales presentations, blogs, and case studies.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative marketing ideas.
• Support the team with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with technical writing and marketing collateral development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. The hourly pay range for this position is 18 - 50 per hour, based off of your projected graduation year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
