Baseline Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Able to work in a fully remote environment on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5
- A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview:
Partners and partnerships are core to Siemens Digital Industries Software's strategy and industry go-to-market approach. Enterprises around the world are on digitalization journeys, transforming their businesses with greater efficiency optimized by better business decisions based on technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Because undertaking such journeys means navigating strategic, technological, operational, and financial challenges, such enterprises value a company like Siemens that has a robust global partner ecosystem.
In support of creating and maintaining strategic and trusted partnerships, we are seeking an exceptional Alliance Partner Marketing Intern that can assist with strategic partner marketing operations and GTM alignment to ensure successful planning and execution against our strategy of expanding our business footprint and technical capabilities in the market through our partner ecosystems. Work will include many aspects of joint marketing campaign planning with our Strategic partners such as: understanding target market(s) and market segmentation through sales insights, data-driven marketing planning tool and process development, and data analytics. The intern should have a solid understanding of campaign planning, digital threads and be marketing savvy, be highly organized and detail-oriented as well as self-motivated, goal-oriented and possess good interpersonal communication skills. A foundational background in business, with experience in situation analysis is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with members from around the world of the global strategic partner marketing team and of other teams to support our Strategic Partner Marketing Managers in assigned co-marketing activities aimed at customers
- Develop or improve marketing performance measurement and reporting capabilities for internal Siemens and external partner stakeholders - in collaboration with our Alliance Partner Marketing and GTM team.
- Work with DISW Alliance Partner marketing team to devise internal and with-partner workflows and tools that increase effectiveness of Campaign execution
- Improve communications, interaction, and marketing support capabilities with the partner ecosystems
- Develop the ability to operate with minimal supervision over the course of the internship
Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate in Marketing or Business graduating in 2026
- Experience or knowledge in Engineering or Manufacturing principles a plus
- Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills, able to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations
- Strong, polished oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and provide status updates on a regular basis
- Technically proficient in Microsoft required, familiarity with B2B Marketing frameworks, Salesforce or other CRM tools beneficial, able and willing to learn new productivity software skills
- Comfortable with frequent meetings on the phone
- Flexible, adaptable and proactive
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
