Baseline Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited university
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
- Able to work in a fully remote environment on a part time basis (at least 20-25 hours per week) between August 25-December 5
- A minimum 3.0 GPA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Academic Enablement Intern to support our Global Academic Program across thousands of schools worldwide as well as a large internal stakeholder base. You will have the opportunity to support Siemens' mission in empowering the next generation of digital talent through collaboration with colleagues around the globe in variety of strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for curriculum integration
- Draft and develop learning materials and related assets (both content and marketing)
- Conduct market and internal research as needed
- Provide support for operational and technical development on key projects
- Support team members with project and stakeholder management as well as administration for Siemens learning and credentialing initiatives
- Support innovative projects and initiatives of the Global Academic Team
- Create and edit short, engaging learning videos to support our credential programs
- Contribute to low-code assignments and projects
Requirements:
- Pursuing an engineering, computer science, education, or communications degree; preferably a second semester junior or senior status
- Familiarity with engineering software/industry
- Solid research skills
- Very strong verbal and written communications skills
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with ed tech, such as learning apps, online content platforms, learning management systems and coding
- Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills; able to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations
- Focused and detailed oriented
- Independent, flexible, proactive and self-organized
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location, as well as degree type and relevant education.
