Position Overview
As part of the Operations Trainee, you will work with the Academic team to deliver high-quality Learning and Adoption Services and end-user training. Contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DI domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution. Deliver standard and custom instructor-led training in the center, at customer sites, or as distance learning. Applies aspects of Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of Customer user communities. In collaboration with the lead Learning Architect, follows the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DI products within a single domain to multiple locations. Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development, and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices. Works under self-management on routine assignments/projects and light supervision on new assignments/projects.

What are my responsibilities?
- Support and develop trainings/demonstrations related to low-code software programming, industrial simulations software and software management regarding industrial use cases.
- Support with adoption of the Siemens DI Software portfolio in our customers.
- Creating demonstration material as needed (e.g. presentations, applications...).
- Support customer-facing presentations (virtual or presential).
- Support internal teams with some technical requirements related to low code, industrial simulations and software management solutions.
- Support Presales Team activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Recently graduated in any Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences Engineering, Software Programming Engineering, Developing Software Engineering or related. (No more than 1 year of your graduation)
- Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaboration
- Knowledge of CAD, Industrial Software simulations, and low code software development and management a plus
Working Conditions:
- Fixed -Term Contract for 18 Months
- Hybrid model - CDMX
