We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach withexpertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to join our team. As anEnterprise Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding large-scaleAgile transformations, coaching teams, leaders, and executives to adopt Agileprinciples and practices effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives leveragingthe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive organizational change and improvebusiness outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Agile teams,Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders, fostering a culture ofcollaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprintplanning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, andretrospectives, ensuring teams adhere to Agile best practices and principles.
  • Conduct Agile training sessions and workshopsfor teams, leaders, and executives to deepen their understanding of Agilemethodologies and promote alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentify and address impediments to Agile adoption, facilitatingproblem-solving and decision-making processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion Agile metrics and key performanceindicators (KPIs) to track the progress of Agile transformation efforts andmeasure the impact on business outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and bestpractices in Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),continuously enhancing your expertise and sharing knowledge with the broaderorganization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) orequivalent certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Proven experience driving Agile transformationsin large enterprises, with a deep understanding of Agile principles andpractices.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, withthe ability to inspire and motivate teams, leaders, and executives to embraceAgile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsand build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverageAgile metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and continuousimprovement.
  • Experience working with Agile tools andframeworks, such as Polarion, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Agile coaching certifications (e.g., CertifiedScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Coach(CAC), etc.) are a plus.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to$262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
