This roleprovides an exciting opportunity to ensure the success of our software solutionSimcenter by helping to achieve strategic segment priorities that span acrossmultiple teams and organizations. Groundbreaking STS ambition, your focus willbe ensuring that our segment leadership has relevant data and decision-makingtools and processes to make data-driven prioritization and execution decisions.You act as a sounding board to Sr. leadership on matters of strategy, teamefficiency, and operations.

In thisrole, strategic project coordination, partnership and leadership arecentral:

• With your cross-team vision, youdrive and lead segment central initiatives, multiple and sophisticatedprojects, including the development and implementation of business strategiesand tactics. You ensure program achievements and objectives are met,driving the team towards deadlines, acting as a thought partner as required,you communicate program progress and breakthroughs. You help lead and runeffective leadership team meetings, including defining agenda, facilitatingmeetings as needed, capture minutes and action items, and follow-ups asneeded.

Runningmonthly reporting and segment Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes,including oversight of results dashboard, incentive structures, and celebratingachievements and successes.

• As a strong business partner tothe leadership team, you facilitate cross-functional alignment across keycollaborators including different internal functions. At the forefront ofinternal and external trends, you collaborate outside STS segment, Sales,Marketing, other business segments, to solicit feedback, balance competingpriorities and better understand stakeholder business requirements.

Internally,you work with the Finance Controller on durable key revenue and deploymentmetrics and quarterly reports with emphasis on better understanding of sub-businesssegment profitability.

• You champion and drive effortsacross the team to improve team efficiency, processes, and workflows,contributing to the overall success of the organization and making STS a greatplace to work.

• Together with the future TransformationManager working with you, you handle communications on behalf ofleadership, distilling and communicating key messages to extended team andcollaborators across the segment.

Your qualifications

We wouldlove to hear from you as a passionate engineer or business-related field, withbackground in simulation/PLM.

• To succeed in this position, goodcommunication skills and leadership are key: you collaborate, drive, andinfluence all your internal business partners & external interlocutors. Youare comfortable negotiating and driving timely decisions, being adiplomat with high levels of professional confidence. You demonstrateexperience of successfully working across organizational lines and strongexecutive presentation skills. You must be a flexible and creativeindividual capable of leading and handling multiple priorities and projects ina fast paced, often ambiguous, and diverse environment, staying rigorous andmethodic (willingness and ability to operate at both higher and more detailedlevels as the need arises).

• You join us with in-depthexperience in leading portfolio or product management role, ideally includingmanagement of staff and budget. You bring experience in a program managementrole; with strong organizational and change management skills and a strongsense of ownership/bias for action to deliver results.
