Join our team in Digital Industries Software as a Accounting Manager EDA and lead an experienced team responsible for governanceof the general ledger and subledger accounting activities.

Whatrole will you play?

• You will lead a team with responsibility forprocessing accounts payable, intercompany invoicing and Fixed Assets

• You will be responsible for driving the strategicdirection of the organization, with responsibility for management of personnelactivities of the accounting staff

• As a member of a team that operates in a highly transformativeaccounting and reporting landscape, you will continuously drive initiatives toimprove and optimize our system and process

• You will partner with colleagues in our accountingorganization, purchasing, tax, financial planning and analysis, IT as well asother internal and external stakeholders such as our auditors

• Additional reporting and audit management scope mayapply according to need and experience

• With a passion for technology, you will be supportingthe deployment of our SAP ERP system (S/4 Hana) and other finance and reportingtools

• Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamicand fast paced international environment

• Have a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in a similaraccounting role / CPA or equivalent experience

• Excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presenceincluding written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to explain complexaccounting topics and financial results to senior leadership

• Display excellent technical knowledge of SAP orsimilar ERP system

• Display accounting knowledge, strong analytical skillsand demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills with the capability to breakdown complex problems to determine root cause issues and troubleshoot anddevelop systemic solutions

SiemensSoftware. Transform the Everyday

The salaryrange for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
