We are looking for an initiative-taking andresults-ordinated individual to collaborate with our customers and learninginstitutions to develop the next-generation workforce for Siemens EDA. You willplay a crucial role in building offerings, engaging, and partnering withlearning institutions to drive a broader and deeper experience skill set withSiemens EDA tools.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the followingactivities:

  • Leads and drives the implementation of academicand workforce development strategy for Siemens EDA.
  • Partners with Siemens EDA customers tounderstand the needs for current and future workforce skill set.
  • Develops, measures, and reports academicengagement KPIs by thorough examination and providing actionablerecommendations for improvement.
  • Plans and manages projects related toprovisioning, enabling, and continuously improving access to Siemen's EDAtechnology in the education space. Drives academic content strategy,development, and production for multiple channels of communication.
  • Coordinates with relevant internal and externalstakeholders, including business executives, technical experts, faculty, andsenior academic administrators to ensure a friction free experience with theglobal academic program.
  • Supports strategic segment academic planning andevaluates strategic options of relevant units.
  • Conducts strategic analysis on a range of topics(i.e., Market and competitors' analyses).
  • Streamlines and scales processes to enhancestudent and educator user experience and adoption.
  • Evaluates messaging, marketing, operational, andcollaboration requirements, and markets strategic recommendations to improveuser experience and speed adoption among education personas(students/educators).

Job Qualifications

  • Proactive project manager with excellentcommunication, organization, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated experienceworking effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in academic and/or workforcedevelopment role or setting and strong passion for education, innovation, andempowering learners.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Electronic DesignFlow (preferably Siemens EDA tools); minimum eight years of work experiencewithin EDA industry preferred.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering,Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of educationand work experience.
  • Master's degree preferred

Working Conditions/PhysicalRequirements:

  • Rolewill be hybrid with some flexibility in location.
  • Willsupport discussions in various time zones, so virtual meetings outside of hometime zone will be necessary.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salaryrange for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible toearn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
